be held liable for lost data or any
damage resulting from a repair

for a computer in a previously unknown
condition. Such a computer could be in a

session or a repair service and appear
to have been caused by the remote repair
session or repair service. Although our
technicians take precautions, there is
always a risk of accidental data loss.
By purchasing support or computer repair

ONE-ON-ONE, and Kirk Malicki, you agree
to all the terms of service herein and

for any damages caused by the services
of any third-party service providers
recommended by us or not.
FeesMy services and fees are as follows:
Phone support or training. This is where
you are at your computer trying to fix
it. This is charged by 15 minute
segments at $35.00 per hour.
A house or office visit is $35 for the
trip fee and $35.00 per hour after that, depending on drive time.
If you bring it into my
shop/office/home... it's $35.00 per
hour. Or Package Price as described
below.
Complete Restore $89.00, You must have
the restore disks. This includes all
updated drivers to current year,
Anti-Virus software, etc. Will
restore it to out of the box condition,
like brand new. Your pictures and
data backed up, all programs and
printers installed will be extra. Price may
vary if you don't have the restore disks
(we can order them) or they're not on a partition of your
hard drive. (price depends on how much
data needs to be backed up) had client
with 500Gb took 6 hours, ridicules.
Keep your data backed up every month.
In today's world it is so easy and
CHEAP/economical!
It’s best if I know what you would like
to resolve and get back with you at a
phone appointment. I can’t always hope
I’m at home sitting in front of my
computer to assist you.
Data Recovery
Geek in St Pete, aka PERSONAL GEEK
ONE-ON-ONE and Kirk Malicki will not be
held liable for lost data or any damage
resulting from Data Recovery from hard
drives, CD/DVD disks, USB drives, zip
drives or any other data storage
devices. We cannot be held responsible
for any storage device that has already
failed or could be in a condition of
imminent failure. You should understand
that any or all data from such failed or
failing data storage devices may not be
recoverable, Further, some of the data
recovered from failed or failing devices
may be corrupted. Geek in St Pete, aka

Malicki will recover as much data as
possible from such failed or fail data
storage devices. All data files weather
good, corrupted or previously deleted
will be returned to you.
